1. This giveaway is in no way affiliated with Facebook/Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by them. The recipient of the information provided by participants is not Facebook/Instagram, but Wiener Häferl as the operator of the Facebook/Instagram page (hereafter referred to as the “Organizer”). The information provided will be used exclusively for the giveaway. Participation is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly agrees to these terms. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice or reason.

2. Registration for the giveaway starts on the respective publication date and ends on the date specified in the post (the “Giveaway Period”).

3. Registration for the giveaway is done by commenting on the Facebook/Instagram post.

4. Comments that violate Facebook guidelines, Austrian law, our netiquette, and/or copyright will be removed without notice upon discovery. Participants whose comments are removed are excluded from the draw.

5. Eligible participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees, representatives, legal successors, and agents of Wiener Häferl-involved agencies, as well as their relatives, are not eligible to participate.

6. The winner will be drawn after the end of the Giveaway Period, ensuring randomness and conducted privately.

7. The winner will be informed exclusively via the Instagram comment function under the giveaway post. Winners must provide their contact and shipping information to Wiener Häferl within 2 business days of notification. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within this period, their claim to the prize will expire without replacement, and a replacement winner will be chosen in the same manner. Acceptance of the prize is not mandatory.

8. Any personal data collected during the giveaway will be used exclusively by the Organizer for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will be deleted after its conclusion. By participating, the participant expressly consents to this. Participants can revoke their consent at any time by letter, fax, or email. Participants are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide.
